Founder and CEO, Bursa Hukum
Try Januar Putra is the Founder and CEO of Bursa Hukum. He graduated from the Padjadjaran University Law School (Business Law), Indonesia, in 2009 and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Pennsylvania State University Law School, United States of America, in 2019.
He has worked for several prominent law firms and conglomerate groups, and as an in-house lawyer for groups of companies from Indonesia, France, Australia and Singapore (mining, oil & gas, shipping, drilling, construction, crude palm oil, consumer goods, properties, and others), including as Senior Foreign Counsel & Head of Legal at Sinarmas Group (Holding).
His specialties include commercial litigation, construction law, property law, immigration law, land acquisition, investment law, employment law, bankruptcy, and intellectual property rights.
He is a licensed attorney of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), qualifying him to appear before the courts within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, and was a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Environment, Energy and Resources & Dispute Resolution – LL.M.), New York, 2019–2021. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhapi) for 2025–2030.

Jeffri Santoso brings over 12 years of extensive experience in global financial markets. With a Diploma in Applied Financial Trading from London, United Kingdom, and professional credentials as a BNSP-Certified Technical Analyst and Certified Tax Lawyer, he combines sophisticated market insights, strategic investment expertise, and multidisciplinary financial and legal knowledge.
